Squid Game 3 Trailer Released! Number 456 Lee Jung-jae Wakes Up from the Coffin, Scared by Baby Crying

Squid Game 3 trailer revealed. The second season of Squid Game returned in December last year, breaking multiple records, including being the most-watched series in the first week and entering the ‘Top 10 Most Popular Non-English Language Series’ within 3 days. Following the heart-stopping end of season 2, season 3 will be globally released on June 27, with the trailer generating high anticipation among fans.

Actor Lee Jung-jae, portraying ‘Number 456’ Seong Gi-hun, is once again plunged into the brutal and bloody core of the game, determined to destroy this test of humanity. However, he continues to struggle with the betrayal by his closest ally ‘Number 390’ and the haunting trauma of loss. Seong Gi-hun will face even more daunting challenges this time—confronting the ‘game master’ who once disguised himself as Number 001 among the resistance forces, setting the stage for a new round of dangerous challenges.

The official teaser starts with a pink guard carrying a coffin specially prepared to eliminate contestants, moving it to the players’ rest area. Players open the box suspiciously only to find Seong Gi-hun, Number 456, lying inside. As he awakens, the audience is drawn into a new game: a giant gumball machine slowly turning, dropping red and blue balls, with players holding the balls facing each other, symbolizing fate determining the next level.

Several familiar faces return: the ‘game master’ (Lee Byung-hun), detective Hwang Jun-ho (Wi Ha-joon), as well as Number 333 (Im Shi-wan), Number 388 (Kang Ha-neul), Number 120 (Park Seo-joon), Number 007 (Lee Dong-geon), Number 149 (Kang Eun-soo), Number 222 (Jo Soo-ryun), Number 125 (Lee David), Number 124 (Yoo Jae-yoon), Number 124 (Ro Jae-won), and pink guard Kang Hye-yeong (Park Gui-young).
